We have gained considerable expertise in identifying high-quality, nurturing care providers and our screening process is very thorough.

Applicants with potential for placement through our agency have a personal interview and a complete check of references (including long-term character, childcare specific and prior employment references). All applicants applying for temporary, interim and extended placements are required to submit criminal and child abuse records to our agency. On average, three applicants of ten are chosen for referral to our client families.
