Our service includes assisting the family in identifying and qualifying the applicants, completing reference checks and helping the family negotiate a competitive salary.

The average placement time is from 2 - 8 weeks. We offer a 60 day time frame if you as the nannies employer to have her replaced if for whatever reason without an additional placement fee.

We use several criteria when matching applicants with client families. We look for people whose background, previous experience, motivation and
interest make them appropriate candidates for your position. Our objective is to find someone whose philosophies are as consistent with yours as possible.
